I engaged XTY Trailers to manufacture 2 horse trailers for me. They arrived damaged and would not comply with new Zealand standards to enable registration. Chenglei Guo requested I repair trailers and he would repay me. The man lied. He never paid. In short space of time floats became unusable and many thousands of dollars was spent by our company to rectify poor workmanship and poor quality materials. this man shows a large factory on WEB site and claims Quality Assurance. I do not believe having visited Jinan that the factory photos are of this company. This man is a cheat and a liar and should be stopped from trading and misleading others.

Visit factory before you engage company as most of these sales people are agents and not work direct for factory. So once there is a problem there is no guarantee.
