I started to order from this trading company/forwarding company after I asked them and confirmed they can ship my products in the way I want and for the price that we both agreed on. After my goods started coming, they changed the deal and said that they can’t do this. They started offering a very bad deal that I had to refuse, its less service by far and much more expensive. But then they started to tell me that I can’t leave and need to pay a incredible bill that is not realistic at all if I want to leave and let other company handle the shipment. They are holding my goods hostage. And I lost all hope.
