In 2017 I purchased 2 horse trailers from xty trailers in Jinan. The trailers arrived damaged and Chenglei Guo (president) requested I repair and get complied which I did. Despite many emails this company did not compensate for our financial losses. This year the floor has completely rotted away and is to be replaced. This is due to poor manufacturing, no galvanised dipping as promised and water ingress from very poor workmanship. Company contacted and Chenglei just mocked photos. Buyer beware this man is a scam artist and will not honour his word.
