1st, I was looking for rare IC. It’s a kind of EOL parts.
and New Strength have 1000 pcs in mail. But actually, only get 133 pcs.
I payed 133 pcs of IC and try to test IC in my factory.
Two parts of 133 pcs but two parts are all NG. I noticed to refund 131 pcs of ICs.
But more than 20 days, no contact and I sent back those parts to New Strength by EMS.
But EMS doesn’t find address and doesn’t delivery those.
I tried many times to ask charge of those parts Jason or Dovey for refund.
But no thing come.

1st you have to check few samples.
If the supplier doesn’t accept sample, then it’s a very doubtful parts or supplier.
