I sent money for promotional pens and stress balls for $1500 and he will not return my emails or send the product. Jack is the name of the person who was emailing with my company. He was very attentive, made mock artwork for us but after we sent the money he will not return our emails. I emailed him from another email address, not related to our company and he answered immediately. This has been going on 2 weeks now since we sent the money. I have to report it now since he will not get back to us.
