I report a fraud supplier Qingdao Youngbull Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd.. I am submitting this claim to supplier black list as I feel the bike that you sent me is unsatisfactory and that the product . now have is inferior to what I was promised. On Friday evening I was driving the beer bike back to the shop then the back right wheel hub came off. The entire hub, brakes, and potentially the motor will need to be replaced. This occurred because your team did not put cotter pins in the crown bolts that hold the hub on (pic of wheel sitting of fender on the tire attached.)

The gear shifter also broke with passengers on the bike and disabled the tour entirely. I lost in revenues roughly 1600 USD in tour revenues. The brackets on the seat posts lasted about 5 tours before I had to have new posts made (800 USD). I was also not provided a spare tire as promised, the towing hitch was not provided as promised, and essentially I feel you have not done as you said you would do. When I buy something brand new off the line I expect it to work without my having to do anything to it.

In your case I am going to have to spend another 1k or so to get it road worthy and after all of the shipping and the customs disaster that was my life for a week I would be hesitant to order the remaining 2 bikes I need from you and your organization. I will need you to rectify all of these problems but you ignore me at all and just give me any reply. Only now can I understand that you are a complete liar. You are not a factory at all, but a second-way dealer without any after-sales service. I have no way to operate now, I have to park in the garage waiting for rusting.

  1. We purchased a beer bike from Youngbull and had a similar terrible experience!

    The seller worked closely with me in “designing” the beer bike. I had lots of specification but in the end it would seem that they just sent me standard model. The specifications I requested where not fully fulfilled. They did complete a terrible paint job which looked of in pictures and video but is aweful to see in person.

    The bike was delayed by over a month. This was a disaster as we had a tight schedule and short season to use the product. By the time it arrived it was too late to test the products performance so we simply moved it to the indoor unit for storage. On the way we immediately began to notice problems!
    Ultimately, after light testing we discovered a total of 13 major problems and a list too long to count of minor careless issues. The major problems were:

I appreciate your apologies for the premature failure of the product, the unprofessional after service, the delayed resolution management, the broken promises and the poor quality craftsmanship. It is important and of some small comfort that this has been acknowledged.

    However, our position is still unresolved. We have a long lost of severe issues that can only result in lost faith in this product and its design:
    1. The batteries (of the recommended size) will not fit in position due to cables running through the battery housing area. It is not possible to install the batteries needed for operating the vehicle!
    2. Electrical plans will not be shared by the seller. Seller claims this is a trade secret. So the mechanic will have to figure it out on his own!! This adds time , expense and increases the chance of error in repairs
    3. The wheels are falling off! Bearing issues/damage have the front wheels at almost a 45* angle!
    4. The seatposts are not connected in a safe and sustainable way to the bike. They are attached by screws into the seatpost!! This is not only inefficient it is unsafe.
    5. The stereo does not work.. no party here!
    6. The canvas material is very very poor quality and is simply falling apart!
    7. Every screw and bolt on the vehicle is loose!!
    8. Brake Oil is leaking. Leading to brake failure.
    9. Electrical system is exposed under the vehicle causing moisture and safety concerns
    10. The chain comes off every-time the bike is moved
    11. The paint job is so thin that the body work has already begun to rust through the paint!
    12. The dash monitor is at a poor angle so it cannot be viewed by the driver
    13. The overall quality of the product is very poor. It is not possible to predict what will go wrong next!! But something must go wrong!

    And the most serious problem of all:

    14. The seller has not actively tried to deescalate and resolve issues. Instead promises have been broken, the problem has been ignored, cooperation has been denied, messages have not been responded to, all trust/ faith has been lost.

    Initial quotes to repair all the above (but not #13 and #14) are between 5000-6000USD.
    We contacted the supplier and they wasted as much time as possible pretending to be concerned and willing to help but not actually offering any solutions. Eventually before the 30 day period passed we applied for a refund with Alibaba. We had lots of evidence of defect. Of course, any item should not be falling apart after less than a month and with barely any use! But Alibaba does not seem to be taking our claim seriously. We sent this seller over 10,000usd and received junk! To fix what they sent is will cost an extra 5000usd according to local quotes!! Alibaba offered us a mere 1000usd! The seller has offered no solutions to date. They now continue to avoid my messages and when they do reply it is not addressing any of the concerns raised.

    We are forced to find local attorney in China and persue a legal verdict.

    It is very disappointing that our business hopes and our investment capital has been consumed by this fraudulent company. We have lost our opportunity to begin again after a long difficult struggle through covid. The transportation, storage, legal fees, tax/duty, lost opportunity battery and charger costs associated withe this product is in the 1000s of dollars. All wasted due to a defective item that is no longer usable!

    Beer bike is driving force, do not need to drag, not to mention.Who has seen the beer bike with tow bar?
    2.Second, the photos you provide are also fake, first of all, the beer carts are aluminum tops, not the PVC you provide, and the beer carts are ordinary axles, not the trailer shafts you provide

    1.Based on the time and location of the post, we do not have any food truck/beer bike to be exported to California. The only beer bike at a similar point in time has not yet arrived at the port. As shown:

    Judging from the axles and wheels provided by the customer, this is a trailer, not a beer bike!

    5.there are 2 holes on the bottom of the food truck.
    6.There is Red paint over spay all over the kitchen equipment, the inside of the trailer is white so why is there red paint all over the inside.
    7.None of the kitchen equipment fits in the food truck and it was all damaged and scratched. I thought I purchased new items not used and damaged.
    8.The sink is not installed and is missing screws.
    9.I ordered a refrigerator and they sent some kind of buffet cooling table.
    10.The beer food truck is missing directions. The vendor has not answered any of my questions since the shipping of the cart and I cant figure out how to get this trailer running.
    12.The fryer caught fire from the first use,Very big problem!
    Indeed, when I lit the first time, there were flames that damaged the thermostat wires. When you buy chicken,The gas appliances did not match my order and were defective. I can’t use it .
