We contracted 3 items with the supplier. the person in charge name is Della Wu, as a sales person. We discovered at the end she is the wife of the Company owner.

We get a PO signed on march 28th 2019, and we get as well PI. They delayed over more than 3 months to deliver the goods, at the end they said they will only produce one item instead of 3 items. During the time we tried to contact them and they will only extended the answers, things like “we are working on it, we will check and let you know the delivery date tonight” then no answers during 2 or 3 days, They simply stopped to answer the telephone. later the same case. At the end we should ship their products with some other products from other suppliers. Since we had no choice we accept to get only one item. It meant that we basically paid almost the whole product in advance. After causing us delay for many days, I personally went to check the goods.when it was the date of the loading of their goods. I arrived and found they haven’t finished yet.

Once again i had no choice but wait, then with all the evidences we had we warn them we will call the police. Then they work on it to ship at next day. The term was FAS, but when we left the factory they a after loading they suddenly called to say we should pay the freights and fob charges. We had no option than accept due we had other goods on the warehouse ready to ship with a vessel booked already and cutting of time close to reach the vessel.

We inspected the goods and everything was OK with the only item they delivered. Just a couple of days ago, we received an email from our client at destination they found a couple boxes full of garbage. some injected plastic parts and newspapers.We contact them back to ask a refund for this boxes, they asked us instead to pay for this items for replace.

We had been doing business in China for several years so far is the worst experience I had ever faced with a supplier.
