User Experience:
Ambrose steel ordered stainless steel round bars at our company on October 11, 2017. We signed PI with this company, and PO has already produced production contracts. PI, PO and production contracts have clearly defined materials and other information.

We signed the PI, PO and production contracts with Ambrose Steel as the production standard, and they did not raise any objection.

When we finished the delivery with the Ambrose steel, they told us that the stainless steel rods produced were unqualified because Ambrose Steel needed the European standard.

What I want to elaborate here is that the main difference between the American standard and the European standard is that the American standard contains cobalt.

The co content is not specified in the scope of the American standard. We have prepared the Ambrose steel for the goods. At the time of testing, they proposed the co content, but the co content was not required when the US standard and the two parties agreed.

They used this as an excuse to refuse to pay the end of our company.

The goods we produced were placed in the warehouse for several months, and a lawyer’s letter was sent to them, and they ignored it.

In the later period, we handled the goods and the deposit was not refunded as part of our loss.

The following are the PI, PO and lawyer’s letters signed with Ambrose Steel.

Our company reserves the right to trace the customer’s payment of the final payment.
