I ordered an electric folding scooter but received fake Gucci sunglasses instead. The confirmation E-mail looked like it was from the UK but the shipping E-mail was from China. In the package: no packing list, return address, nothing. When I had a look at the website (jollyinstyle.com), in the “about us” part there are 4 photos of young people but Victoria Wills had a man’s photo and Travis Marcus was a lady! Seems weird to me! I finally found an E-mail address to complain to: cs5@customercenterhome.com and even received an answer: ”

By the way,could you please send us the photo of the parcel’s cover together?
