I made the purchase and pay with a credit card. I received the relevant order, payment and package sent emails, with tracking number. I did not receive a package with the jacket , I received a package with cheap sun glasses and the package had the same tracking number. Despite a lot of email exchanges with “the customer service” ,they pointed out a problem with their logistic department. At the end they proposed me to refund me 20% of the overall amount and they promised to give me a discount for my next order …but I never get any refund on my bank account .They just have played with me
