I placed an order on the aforementioned website on the 11/07/19. My credit card was charged immediately. I received a confirmation of payment by email, but not of the order. I filled the site’s “Contact Us” form out several times, and never received any kind of answer from anyone.
In the email receipt, there was also an address for assistance, but writing to it returned an automated message that says “If you have some questions, please send emails to the email address listed on the website where you bought the item”, but there is absolutely no contact info on the site, except the “Contact Us” form.
My account is still active and I can log on to see the status of my “order”. I also found out that the site is administered from Turkey and hosted in China.
