User Experience:
PMCO promised the world and under delivered on everything. The uniforms ordered for a National Tournament in February 2019 were supplied late (half way through the tournament). We were forced to provide temporary uniforms (at our own expense) for our competitors and took a big hit to our reputation and credibility. Materials were average quality, there were multiple mistakes and no quality control in place. One team missed out entirely.

Other merchandise provided was quoted to be more expensive than in our first year of engagement, while a cheaper alternative was supplied. Due to a lack of confidence following some production samples, we refused their full payment upfront terms. Despite the PMCO verbally agreeing, when the deadline was drawing nearer and production had not commenced, the company was very pushy to get paid upfront. As a result of being pressed for time, a full upfront payment was made to ensure products were manufactured and provided. PMCO has been notified of all the issues and requested to provide a refund of $3000 AUD – noting that the entire purchase order should be refunded for late delivery, partial supply and clearly cheap substitution.

PMCO have failed to return calls and respond to emails. An Investigative report was promised, but never provided. The company director claims to be abroad setting up new distribution centres and offices – without first addressing the major issues with supply chain, management and communication. From other online reviews, it is evident that other customers have had equally bad experiences.

User Recommendations:
Look for red flags and warnings signs. Do not get sucked in by salesmanship and fancy words. Never pay upfront unless you know what you are getting. If it sounds too good to be true- it probably is.
