I was in contact with the seller, everything seems to be fine at the start, we negotiate the MOQ and agreed upon. He provide bank details and a proforma for payments I move on and do the payment to SEB BANK based in Sweden. The shipper contacted be that everything is going fine and he has received the goods, shipper named UCB MARITIME LOGISTICS based in Odessa Ukraine, few days latter the shipper demanded urgent refundable payments. This is when i ask for more details, and found out about a claim of non delivery filled against the same company
