I purchased two vans shoes, which they claimed authentic. Based on the order placement, each item amounted Php 1,400.00. So, the two items were Php 2800.00 in all. However, they charged me more than Php 6000.00. I was asking how did this happen and I demanded for the breakdown of fees but they did not respond. I waited for more than a month hoping the items were right. Just today, 26th of June 2019, i was excited to claim my parcel. But, it turned out that i received key chains instead of shoes. For goodness sake, a key chain worth Php 6,000.???
