I saw the add in Facebook. Purchased three pairs of boots. Received an email to say they had charged my cc and the goods had been shipped. They supplied a fake Gucci belt instead. Claimed it was an error by the shippers. Told me to keep the belt as a sign OF good will. Offered a refund of 30% . Now offering 50% but don’t think they will pay. Have exchanged numerous emails.
They debited my cc $ 186.00 nz.
I agreed to 50% refund today but am not expecting anything from them.
