We ordered 20k hats (2 different models x 10k pcs) from this company for shipment to France. (Shipment date : 8 Feb. 2019 from Ningbo to Le Havre)
After receipt of the goods in France, defects found in one of the models: broken hats, loose stitching, broken hat bands.
Defective rate: Over 20% (out of 10k pieces)
We contacted this company by email & wechat. At first, they said they would be responsible but after seeing the photos of the defective goods and knowing the defective rate, they put all the blames on her factory and refused to take responsibility.
They did not reply any more to our emails; they hanged up when we phoned.

Top shine did not let us inspect the goods in her factory. They sent the goods from the factory to a warehouse and asked our QC to check the goods there. They might have stacked the defective/low quality goods near the bottom so that our qc could hardly take that out and check. (There was nobody in the warehouse who could help our qc to move the cartons).
1) Never inspect the goods in a warehouse. Buyers should insist on having the inspection done in the factory.
2) Buyers have to be very cautious when buying from new suppliers.
