SCAM! On April 9th, we placed on order for 5000 pens and paid through WeChat. Jack was very helpful and responsive at first, especially when customizing the order and going over the samples. We were promised many photos and updates of the production. As soon as we paid Jack, he completely stopped responding to me both through email and WeChat and has not have provided any updates. We have placed a complaint through Alibaba. I tried placing a complaint on their website through their specific feedback portal, but got a notice that this service does not exist when I tried submitting it. This company has no intention of fulfilling our order and simply took our money and ran.
