We already sent the payment thru Western Union as the Commercial Invoice on Oct 18. After receiving the confirmation of payment from Western Union, Mr. Muhammad CEO of Alhab promises to deliver the sample in 2 weeks as he states in the Commercial Invoice.Alhab pick up the money on Oct 24
They have been delayed and promise me more than 5 times, you can see in the email and WhatsApp chat. Finally, I’ve got and small parcel from Alhab weight 0.4kg and they send me only 10pcs scissors as the attached photo.
You can see we start the inquiry thru your Alibaba Message Center, and Muhammad asked me to chat on WhatsApp. Now I realized that the business transaction is more secure in conversation in the Alibaba Message Center.

I don’t know that ALIBABA has updated it’s own payment method inside the website so I have used Western Digital to transfer the payment direct to Mr. Muhammad Zia ullah; Alhab Beauty Care instruments.
If I pay using ALIBABA payment feature I can request the refund.
ALIBABA still leave the case open until now (nearly 6 months) no further action.
