We placed an order after their swift quotation.
Their quotation mentioned a lead time of the goods for 10 days.
They asked a prepayment of 50%.
After 2 months still no delivery !
They gave all sorts of reasons, failed test etc..
Now they do not answer the mails and phone any more, when they see our telephone number.
When we phone from another country they pick up the phone but they say that they will call back, but they never do.
We asked our money back, but until now April 2019, no reaction.
