I SENT AN ORDER TO THEM ON OCTOBER 2018 TOGETHER WITH A SAMPLE OF PREVIOUS PRODUCTION AND THEY HAD TO PRODUCE EXACTLY SAME PRODUCTS. FIRST BATCH OF SAMPLES WERE PRINTED ON WRONG PAPER, SECOND WERE BREAKING AND FALLING DOWN, THIRD HAD DANGEROUS METAL INSIDE TO KEEP SHEETS ATTACHED. CUSTOMER NOW CANCELLED THE ORDER AND AFTER ALL DAMAGES THEY CAUSED THEY EVEN REFUSE TO RETURN DEPOSIT.
