We send them the partial payment in November, 2018 . Then they said were going to manufacture the product. There proforma included the freight so do know a company that can transport the product. We explain to certain person of the company named peter that we were going to send them the payment from Costa Rica and the final destination of the product was Mariel Port in Cuba. The delivery was for January. The last payment was against the BL. They are not answering our correspondence since 2 month ago.

Now we don’t know if the just trying to steal our funds or what. The person just says that the information is in the director desk. We have no idea if they are going to send the product or just steal our money, because if they can’t send the product should at least return the funds to us. We sent an email directly to the company address of their web site and this same person “peter” answer to us. Their phone is +86-471-3670419 according to their website, we call but answer in Chinese and we don’t speak the language. If you could help us be of great help. We purchase some other materials to other Chinese companies and never had a problem. Thank you.

It is hard to say. In this case everything work properly until we send the funds. After that they started with excuses for delivering.
We know that the best is to visit the supplier but sometimes is not that easy.
