I purchased shoes from website www.domuslindasnc.com.
The incorrect item was sent – a different, inferior brand, in a different style, color and size.
The merchant initially claimed that they were sorting out matter with shipping company. After two or more weeks, they kept delaying, saying that they were still sorting out the matter. When I emailed asking to return the item, they refused, saying that it will “cost me money to send them back”. They eventually offered to send me the correct item if I pay them an extra 70% of the original cost of the shoes (which I have declined).
