Pico Total Brand Activation entered into a binding legal agreement and the work was conducted from our end in September 2018… Pico changed designs and interfered during build up and we ended up completing the project but now we are not getting payment from them… this is not the first that it has happened apparently
User Recommendations:
this leaves a bad light on the Asian Companies as this seems to be the norm…. my advise is to get 100% up front and don’t settle for less
