I emailed the supplier on Alibaba.com website, whereby they replied.
I arranged for a sample and payed $50 for the sample. upon arriving at the agreed pick-up location the supplier’s phone was off and they did not arrive. I communicated with their website whereby they said they will look at it at a later stage, yet still no feedback received

Never trust this company. I have read plenty other complaint of this company and seriously think they are scams.
