I have plenty of videos pics and currently have it at a professional mechanic shop. This is a mobile dustless blasting system mounted on a trailer that I purchased. There are so many issues with quality and workmanship besides the fact that what they sent me is not what I ordered or we agreed upon. I will list a few that are unsafe and incorrect.

1. The brand of diesel engine in compressor was supposed to be a weichai and it has a Ricardo engine.
2. The blast pot is wrong dimensions.
3. Engine fan belts were off of the engine when arrived.
4. Diesel engine in compressor will not start.
5. Numerous missing bolts and proper fasteners on many parts of machine.
6. All wiring is just twisted together by hand and taped
7. There are only two lights on this trailer and they are at the back mounted under the trailer where they are barely visible. No side marker lights whatsoever and front electrical cable is not even connected.
8. The almost 3,000 lb compressor has very minimal securement whatsoever the only securement allows it to stay in place from moving forward and back side to side it is not bolted to the trailer whatsoever meaning if it were to turn over the compressor would come off the trailer.
9. Water pump had only one of the four required bolts securing it to the trailer three were missing.
10. Almost every hose from the blast pot to the dryer and connections were loose not even tight whatsoever.
11. The front of the trailer had no coupling installed. This made it unattachable to hook to vehicle whatsoever.
12. The axles on the trailer are two different axles. Both axles have loose u-bolts connecting it to the suspension and are improperly aligned and placed.
13. The right rear hub on the rear axle has a dust cover that has been installed by drilling into the Hub and attaching it by drilling into hub assembly. Therefore removing the wheel and tire is not possible with removing dust cover. The hubs are filled with metal shavings from their improper securement of the improper dust cover the Hub cover was also cracked this would allow grease to escape from the bearing and calls bearing failure and Wheel and Tire will come off trailer. The Hub is ruined also the Hub is so tight the wheel will barely spin freely.
14. The trailer suspension u-bolts are rubbing the springs on the suspension and there is Extreme and excessive play in the spring attachment.
15. I at the top of the blast pot there are pins that are missing and excessive play in the blast pot handle as well as missing and loose fasteners
16. The air valve box at the front of the blast pot has numerous loose Fasteners and missing bolts as well as loose air connections.
17. I ordered a water tank capable of holding 250 gallons or 950 l what I received is less than 100 gallon tank which is poorly secured to the trailer with loose tank straps.
18. There is no Breakaway safety protection on this trailer whatsoever. This would allow for the brakes to automatically come on if disconnected from a vehicle going down the highway also there was one poorly attached safety chain with no connections to make it attachable to a vehicle when it should be two.
19. The brand new engine in the air compressor has a water pump that is already leaking and I have not even started yet because it will not start due to an issue unknown.
20. The air dryer is poorly attached with inadequate bracketry and Hardware what is on there has loose bolts.
21. The air compressor is supposed to be a super quiet operating machine it has no sound deadening device or Muffler whatsoever.
22. I have no verification on EPA Environmental Protection Agency certifications for the engine and emissions process on this compressor that is powered by a diesel engine.
23. The machine and trailer was supposed to come with a nice finish and or paint it is therefore very insufficient and done with a spray can that has runs in paint. Machine has damage to several doors and the vendors that were not installed on the machine are damaged as well.

I think I could continue all day and night the more I look the more things we find that are inadequate and extremely unsafe as well as not being able to use the equipment I purchased whatsoever I ordered the equipment at the beginning of October did not receive till almost mid-January I have been waiting months for this to arrive now it has arrived and I still cannot use it for my business I am out of $30,000 and excessive down time with lack of equipment that is usable. I have tried to negotiate they are telling me a return is unacceptable they are willing to do absolutely nothing to help me other than take it to a shop have it repaired and they’ll pay for it I cannot see spending thousands of dollars that I do not have to put into equipment that was supposed to be in working condition when it arrived. This is unacceptable after taking my $30,000 and sending me equipment that is useless in my opinion this is fraud according to consumer law they may be in violation of others per the January one 2019 law. I found them and their equipment available on the website Alibaba I was talked into paying Direct to the machinery company by Robbie to eliminate Alibaba from the equation there for offering me a discount. I express to him in Alibaba messages that I wanted my purchase to be protected he told me it was. At this point I am feeling stuck with a $30,000 piece of junk that is good for nothing and I am looking for the law to protect me and hopefully others from potentially having the same issues as I have exhausted my financial situation to the extreme because of their fraudulent activities. I sure hope you can help me I have more pictures and videos I will be sending if you think there is something you can do to help me I hope they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law as this has been a mentally exhausting and great financial burden to me and my family.
