I requested a quote from above supplier and others by Alibaba RFQ r, A person named Camille replied. She wasn’t friendly or customer focused by any means. To proceed I send the floor plan of the proposed kitchen in PDf to initiate negotiations, She wanted a CAD drawing whereas to initiate the process according her own posted instructions even a hand made sketch was enough, I replied to her saying that her email and posting required only a hand drawn sketch. She then came back and told me that I have to pay her to get the kitchen designed, I told her I need only a general quote for equipment , and do not intend to pay for designs of unknown quality or standards, where she took offence and was extremely rude and sent me a screenshot of where she had blacklisted me

Do not deal with persons who treat customers rude.
Do not deal especially with this company where they try to charge you saying design fee? when you do not know what you get.
They are simply cheats who try to make a fast buck, looking at their website and taking a closer look shows some images which does not by any means evidence of their accreditation or customers.
