I met them in alibaba.com they said they are trader for brand name BG 80 pet granules from China. First I got samples through air by paying sample cost. the sample is correct then I placed order of 22 tons for pet granules of BG 80. But they send salt instead of pet granules. they had sent me papers as follow as, bill of lading, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, performa invoice, catalouge, price list, packing list , certificate of analysis, technical details etc.
After I received the material contacted them and they accept that the material is wrongly sent then gave word that they are ready to send replacement.
When I visited them in Dalian I found out they are fraud company. No one is available in the said address. I sent them email they replied that they will refund the amount but still now I did not receive it and no reply for my repeated mails.

Don’t trust any company if they say they are trader distributor mediator. Try to get materials from manufacturer. Visit them in person to their office, work place, production unit and compulsory do sgs test before placing order. Personal visit is compulsory.
