Arrange the price for steel with this company, they sent me signed pro forma, I signed it, I deposited the agreed money, after 10 days, I got mail saying that I have to deliver extra money (38 percent more than agreed) , I say impossible and please return my money, he told me that it was impossible that he had already fixed the production and that he would not return my money. I never experienced such a thing, thanks to Alibaba and a formal complaint I was able to recover my money minus 100 dollars that were supposedly taxed, they did not want to return the money. 30 days suffering for this company, I have written many emails, not only to josiah (seller) but to the whole company and not one answer, in short: it was a very bad experience with this company.
