Asked for a quote on Nov 20th, they replied within a day with a proforma invoice, we paid the proforma within 2-3 days and after that I have no info for shipment (goods were on stock). After several emails a person called “Via LIn” replied that “Sorry can’t arrange the shipment now”.
We asked for refund but after 30 days I have no replies from them. They did not answer any phone calls.
