User Experience:
I ordered some goods from this company and they agreed to deliver within 25 days of payment. After payment they played for some days that they haven’t received the money. Then I traced it by the help of our bank and we found that the money had already arrived in their account on the second date after payment. Finally they agreed that they have received the money and started to say that they have no the goods that I have ordered and I should change the order according to their stock.

I requested them to return my money as what I wanted was what I ordered. They insisted that they can’t give money back and they would find the items that I ordered. But they couldn’t give an exact date of delivery and it took more than 2 months to deliver goods. After getting the goods I inspected all Personally and found that all are incomplete and wrong specification. I reported them the issues and they started to argue that they have sent all. Finally they agreed that the goods are incomplete and told me need some days to deliver the missing item.

I have waited many days for their answer. But they have never replied. Contacted different persons named Mandy and Paula, but they always keep silence.
