Mr. Wang, manager of the company that send my incomplete order, a difference of approximately usd10.000. I tried contacting him but he blocked me on WeChat. He did not send materials according to invoice. All paid in full.

I learned not to trust suppliers even if you’ve worked over 3 years with them, they can always find it in them to scam you even though the many years of being a good customer. Try to always send someone who is trustworthy to check when the container is being loaded. Check quantities and not only packages. For the shipping companies, be so transparently as possible to fill in the BL to describe packages, also write quantities.
