In December of 2017 we closed a deal to 2000MT. After 6 months of delay, we were informed that they can’t deliver the goods if we can’t pay more. OK, we accepted. In December of 2017 we closed a deal to 2000MT. We paid 30% of these contracts. After 6 months of delay, we were informed that they could not deliver the goods if we can’t pay more. OK, we accepted.They delayed more 30 days after the new promised date.
In this period we had a problem with our licence to import and we asked to them to ship the goods in the next vessel. We paid 100% of 1000MT and they delivered only 50%.Now, to make the balance payment we need that they ship firstly all materials that we paid and they don’t wanna do it. They are refusing deliver the material that we have paid!!!!!! We proposed open a LC for the balance because after many problems and many delays and many damages, we don’t trust more them. Result: they didn’t accept too. They wanna take our money and don’t deliver the material. This company is a fraud.
Also, to deliver the first 500MT (from the 2000MT that we bought), they demanded that we exclude the first claim here in the blacklist and as we’re a very serious company and as we have good faith, we did it. But it was a very bad choice. They’re not serious or honest.
