I ordered 22MT of almonds and had to pay 40% in advance (17,600 euros). Which I did, and then, AGRO FOOD said I could go visit and assist the inspection (the rest was supposed to be paid by LC upon arrival) and they did inspection without us saying it was sudden. Then in the port they put us in contact with shipping company FISL who told us to immediately pay 7,840 euros insurance which we did. And then the next day we had to pay 10,000 because we had a penalty from price control unit ! Here we stopped and understood it was a scam !! The container number is not even in the Tilbury port! And the inspection company didn’t want to confirm to us if inspections were done and they just left us clueless! And now nobody answers us anymore …

Never trust a company even if they have a bank account with their name !!!! This means absolutely nothing and don’t buy goods without going and seeing them.
