We bought 1Mpcs of a Murata MLCC and also 10Kpcs so that we could test. I sent a test reel to my customer who performed an optical test. They replied informing me that the parts were a different size. We also sent the details direct to Murata for for them to check the lot codes and they replied after 2-3 weeks informing me that the lot code did not match their production details and as a consequence my customer cancelled the order with me. I requested a full refund and the supplier refused by providing all the excuses possible to delay in sending my money. I now have a debt collection company and SK lawyer looking at trying to to get our money back. Avoid this company at all costs. They commit Fraud, and sell counterfeit stock. Even though this was our 3rd order with this supplier they blatantly conned us.

I am looking to use a better sourcing agent who can help with the initial due diligence before we work with Asia again.
