We had submitted a bid of supplying Tractors to our government…and Luoynag Boton Tractors offer was the best offer receive from all the suppliers that we contacted.
The price and the specifications has led to us landing the bid. We then contacted a finance bridging company that had made the full payment. We have since not received any tractors and the company representative Jospeh Cao has been dishonest about the delivery. We have been waiting for 6 months and there has been no positive news from the supplier other than lies and misleads.
We are still to see if there will be a recovery of the money.

One thing for sure is not do make a full payment until you have seen the product before shipping. We have also realized that the best method of payment is through a LC (Letter of Credit).
Avoid smaller companies when procuring high value items and rather stick to bigger and more experience companies.
