User Experience:
This has been a very awful experience. I placed an order with this supplier and they did not complete the task correctly. Every single item I received was wrong. I provided size charts and digital mock ups to follow. This manufacturer assured me that they will follow and make the items correctly. Not only were the items produced wrong, I was also shorted many items. I then contacted this manufacturer to inform them of my dissatisfaction. I provided pics and video of the items. From that point forward they have ignored all my efforts to get this matter resolved. This has been a very awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with them.
