User Experience:
Bought 2 smart watches, King-Wear rep assured me they will work with PRE-PAID SIM cards in USA but they didn’t. The only way to make them work was by switching our service to T-Mobile. The rep assured me the watches have FACE TIME (video calling function) which was a LIE, there’s no such function. The watches have a breakable glass screen on top, my son dropped one of the watches from 1 foot height, and there was a tiny crack in the screen which disabled the keyboard. I asked the company for help multiple times but they’re unresponsive. They didn’t make the screen shock-proof.

I learned that even the suppliers at the Asia World Expo and quite obviously reputable companies, verified and Gold Suppliers on Alibaba.com CANNOT be trusted. And that they offer ZERO customer service, gravely unloading bad products on unsuspecting foreigners while pocketing profits.
