User Experience:
On Nov 15, 2018, I received an email from the supplier stating they were responding to my request on Alibaba. ( Upon later looking for the same company on Alibaba, neither myself, nor Alibaba could located them as a listed supplier. They must be running an advertisement on Alibaba under a different name than 4 C’S Trading ).

Initial conversations on whatsapp were quite positive. We were invited to visit their factory. I also spent a couple of days talking to the supposed “head of a test lab” named Dr. Gavin Levin. However when I asked for a recent COA, asked why the company we were given in the wiring instructions was NOT 4 C’S Trading, and asked for why the URL I was given for the test lab was actually a Hospital chain in Turkey, I was told I was asking too many questions and was not a serious buyer, and was cut off by Richard Rathabe and Dr. Levin.

This group was also offering only 20% initial down payment, which is unheard of in this industry.

I also found another guy from a different company in Poland using exactly the same 6 month old COA for his company.

There were many yellow and red flags for this group.

I asked to make a smaller purchase, but they refused.

They started out being very professional, yet when I started asking for additional, supportive information, they began really pressing me to send a wire.

Overall it was a big waste of time.

We did not lose any money because we refused to send any without further supporting evidence, which they refused to supply.
