We designed a watch, we paid for samples, they send us the samples and everything was great. We then placed the bulk order, towards the delivery date, they informed us that there was a delay because of the strap of the watch. They asked us for an extra week which we agreed. On the delivery extension date, we contacted them to confirm that everything had been resolved and that they would be shipping the order and they have never responded or answered to any of our contact attempts since then.
User Recommendations:
Luckily, we didn’t trust paying them by wire transfer so we used Alibaba Trade Assurance as the payment method in case something like this happened and we are now dealing with Alibaba to get our refund back.
