User Experience:
Our company is located in Vietnam. In October 2018, we found a supplier that can provide PET resin (granules). We found Jinan LVBA company on internet, Made-in-china Online market.

We work with them by email, phone and skype. They sent us an offer for PET resin and we accepted that one. After paid 100% in advance, total 5050 USD for 5 tons PET (it’s just sample). After 5 days, they contacted our shipper (because of FOB condition) and our shipper has already received cargo from Jinan LVBA. Maybe, our shipper is also low experience, they have not checked the details of cargo, they have just checked number of pallets. So, they didn’t know the cargo is OK or NOT. After 10 days, the cargo has arrived to our seaport, our company paid 1000 USD for customs and VAT to take out cargo from the port.

When we opened the cargo, we couldn’t imagine what is that. All of cargo weren’t PET resin, it’s another material like sand or something like that, it was terrible and smelled. We contacted Jinan LVBA immediately, but they just said they would check their supplier. So we know they don’t have PET resin, they bought from another supplier and sent it to us. We want they refund the money and send a letter that they will take back the wrong cargo, but they were not reply us.

Now, our company got a big problem with customs because of that cargo, we can not send it back to China because Jinan LVBA doesn’t want that, we also pay money to check what is material and our custom said our company will be punished.
We are still contacting Jinan LVBA right now, but they doesn’t reply email, phone…

That a big problem, and we want to inform everyone about this company. Jinan LVBA is a scammer!

We should check more details of supplier. Because of our manufacturing process is already to run, so we want more raw material that made we chose this supplier so hurry.
