I am sharing my experience of getting scammed on Alibaba so you all know this scammer company.
Company is called (ANUHI GREEN EARTH TECHNOLOGY) I ordered 304 units of disposable cups costed me about 3200$.
They sent me only 209 units in 19 master boxes. Saying that they fitted 304 units there. After amazon received 209 units in 19 boxes i asked them to do a survey for me find out why my product units do not much with what supplier sent.
They did and they emailed me saying that 209 units is all they received. So i contacted Alibaba applied for a refund because i was scammed and Alibaba asked me for evidence, so i uploaded copy of amazon survey email and amazon inventory report that i could get from my account.
And supplier uploaded delivery recipes for 19 boxes saying that amazon received all the goods. And Alibaba is saying my evidence is not enough for them to force supplier refund me. They asked me to contact amazon to weight cargo and take pictures while weighing them, and write information on a paper with amazon stamp or signature on it. i did and amazon replied they don’t do such a thing for anyone.
So Alibaba is not refunding me money coz they knew if they ask for something like that amazon will not provide it.
So i pulled my inventory out to return the items for supplier and now supplier is saying they want their own carton boxes.
I AM SHARING THIS SO YOU ALL UNDERSTAND AND MAKE SURE NOT TO BUT FROM THIS COMPANY SO YOU DON’T GET SCAMMED.
