I ordered a wool sweater, thinking I ordered it from the UK as the address of this website is simplythebrands.co.uk. However, I received a very cheap looking low valued t-shirt from CHINA. I emailed this customer service person at efficientservicemonica@gmail.com and all they said was “We can only give you a maximum of 5 euros, you keep the goods. I then googled the name of the company written on the package as well as the email address, found dozen other websites with different languages and scam cases.
