we bought 20 x 40′ Red Oak 1-COM from Thompson Hardwoods, quality terrible worse, and Thompson’s sales manager and owner’s son also come to check the quality in person, inspected that more than 30% of lumber can’t reach 1-COM grade. Thompson’s managers confirmed would do compensation after inspection, but after flying back to USA, just like disappeared, no reply, no answering phone, and finally confirmed that ” totally won’t help anything”, really make us disappointed and angry. at least our company would lose more than USD80,000, and lose the credit in the market.

We learn that, many suppliers totally non-responsible, they would tell you everything good when they want you pay deposit and payment, but after receive the payment, then attitude all change, even they saw their goods with serious problem, they still feel no problem at all because ” you paid already, money in is pocket”. and international suing is very high cost, bad suppliers never worry about they would get any punishment.
