I found his name from Alibaba while he was trying to sell PET flakes I thought it might be a good deal but the price is unacceptable I try to negotiate with him he got it to a price that I could buy so he send me a performa invoice and I try to tell him that I need to visit first before making a deposit but he said he can’t make it happen because I have to confirm with him that i’m a really buyer first. After confirming he just didn’t reply my email nor whatsapp.
