We are a California, USA based OEM manufacture of dietary supplements, named InvaPharm, Inc (http://www.invapharm.com/). We purchased 5 kg of methylcobalamine from Xi’an Wharton Bio-Tech Co.,LTD, valued $19,000 USD in total on August 7th via T/T transaction to their Bank of China account. Their issue small quantity sample passed our testing, so we placed the final 5kg bulk order. But when we received it, it failed our internal testing by FTIR and HPLC which we used exactly the same to their sample. Then we sent it to outside ISO accredited third party laboratory, ABC Laboratory at California, which gave “Not Detected” result as ours. So we would like to negotiate with the supplier about return and refund but the supplier disappeared, no answers from Wechat, phone, nor QQ.
We contacted the supplier representative Ellen who claimed that their testing result is right and so they do not accept return nor refund. She did not answer us anymore since today August 28th. Their company phone did not answer either. We have called Xi’an local police department about the potential international cheating.
