In the date 22th of August 2018, I ordered a Columbia brand jacket from http://www.grahamfabricsltd.co.uk/women-columbia-mighty-lite™-hooded-jacket-x88p7-black-2-p-2976.html and paid via my credit card 72.7 pounds including shipping. But they did not send me my item. A package came from China inside a raincoat North Face Brand. I never ordered it and graham fabrics does not sell North Face Brand. DENG RU named address from China and after that I wrote my problem to contact page of www.grahamfabricsltd.co.uk/ and a person who said that customer server (name Druva Sinanan and e mail <druvasinanan17@gmail.com) wrote 6-7 times me. His first mail asked information my order and wrong item, second said that “they will make some discount another order by me), third We will refund your order, fourth we can refund %15 your money, fifth %80 refund your money and keep wrong item not send back to China, now sixth say “Dear friend I go on a business s trip between 30-7 October, please remind me after the date”.
