I purchased 10 electric handcycles for wheelchairs for $4800. They arrived broken because the quality was so bad. I informed the seller and she was very rude and insulting, calling me stupid and a liar. I proved they were defective by sending video evidence. Then she admitted that they were weakly made but still refused refund and continued to insult me. BUYER BEWARE. Alibaba’s Trade Assurance will NOT protect buyers. They receive money from Chinese suppliers to be listed as “Gold Suppliers” and will never decide the refund case in the buyers favor.
