I had contacted the company via email, sinoland international company, contact person kobe wang,sales in charge for soya bean meal. Ipaid 11500usd,,he cheated and sent me amended bill of lading, which cannot used for clearing goods. And he does not care a bit, very bad response from the china trade commission in nairobi, there of no help.
