Paid for 2 pairs of M&S shoes = They sent me 3 pairs of cheap sunglasses. I told them I did not want or need sunglasses. They told me they would give me 15% money back, and i can keep sunglasses.

I said i did not want sunglasses just a full refund or my shoes and pre-paid postage to send glasses back. They have refused on numourous occasions. Only offering 15% and no shoes.
