70-80% of 300 units of the copper rose have a black circle around the mouth which is not supposed to be there. More than 260 units came defected, the entire batch of the copper rose was not polished well during production and they did not do a strict control of the polishing of the mouth area resulting in this outcome. I am only asking a refund for 107 units as 193 units are not as bad. I have tried to negotiate with the seller, but he is not cooperating. Gary (factory owner) told me to send the units back so that they can see themselves and that he would pay for the shipping cost so I took the units to a near by UPS with the 107 units boxed up. The total came out to be more than $600 so I ended up not being able to send it (I have the receipt). I told Gary the cost and he said it was too expensive and that he would ask his shipping agent for the cost, his came up to $70. I told him to send me a shipping label then, but he said he cannot provide it for me. He kept refusing to refund me so I told him that I was going to report him to Paypal and then he began to threaten me. He said he was going to report me to Alibaba and tell them I was a cheater…..First of all, I rarely use Alibaba because I mainly use Paypal for my purchases overseas as it provides a better protection for us buyers and second of all, I have NEVER cheated him so for him to falsely accuse me like this is disgusting and unacceptable. Gary is the one who sold me defected bracelet flasks. I also let Gary’s company know that there was a problem as soon as I received the flask. I can provide photos from the first day I received the order. I can provide photos and messages as evidence as well. I paid $5 per copper rose color so $5 x 107 = $535 and also including shipping the total was more than $600, but I will ask for $600.
After I reported him on Paypal, he messaged me angrily saying “fuck” and “go to hell”. I even offered to send back the bracelet flasks and then he can send me a refund, but he said it’s too expensive. I kept trying to offer solutions even though this is his fault and yet he doesn’t even try to be cooperative. He refuses to refund me because I had them inspected. I also recently reported the inspection company as well as they didn’t catch the black circle on 70-80% of 300 flasks which defeats the purpose of even using an inspector in the first place and I already explained this to Gary 3-4 times. Gary complains to me that my order is small, but his loss is big if he refunds $600. I spent $6,226 on the order. Which is very unfair for me as I have lost money from inspection and from defected flask that I cannot sell. It seems as though he only cares about his loss and not about my loss. I tried negotiating with him as I didn’t want to hurt his Paypal account, but he is not cooperating or even showing any remorse. He continues to blame me when I didn’t do anything, but purchase from him…. I never asked to buy defected flasks. I’ve bought these flask many times and never seen black circle around the mouth area. I told him to only refund $500, but he’s still not willing and won’t even respond now. I am fed up with his bad attitude and will ask for the full refund of $600. Please help me get my money back
When the customer has proof and evidence from the first day till the last day of photos and screenshots and you still hold on to your dear money saying that the customer’s order is small but if he (Gary) refunds saying it’s a big loss for him…they’re just selfish and don’t care for the customers, only cares for his own money.
